Dan's Brown Ale
Dan recently got back in the brewing game and came up with this gem. He and Michael had a blast brewing it!
The ocean calls. Bury me at sea. Its chilly depths are my home. The deep blue envelopes. Only black remains.
European grain, german hops, Swiss yeast. Complex, coffee like aroma in a smooth lager.
Get out your bagpipes! Full, brown, heavy body with malty sweetness. Toffee and dark fruit. UK Barley, English ale yeast, aged on oak. Northern Brewer hops. Our only non-vegan beer….This ale will knock your kilt off!

Black IPA/Cascadian Dark Ale
8 different grains; including barley, rye, and wheat to give the flavor complexity of an imperial stout and aggressively hopped like an IPA with Centennial and Zythos hops.

Imperial Red Ale
This is our winter warmer, a little malty and a lot hoppy. Hopped with Centennial, Ekuanot, and Citra.

Malted rye, pale malt, and caramunich provide a light spicy backbone. Aggressively hopped with Citra. Have you ever not known how you got somewhere?
Originally made in honor of the Damien High School Spartans. Brewed with pale malt, yellow corn, oats, and caramel malt. Creamy and crushable.
Brewed with pale, caramel, and Midnight Wheat malts. Hopped with Ekuanot. Exactly what an amber should be. No more, no less. Silky sweet with a crisp hop finish. -Notes of toasted malt, slight toffee, and light citrus
Brewed with extra caramel malt and just enough Centennial and Cascade hops to make this a supremely well-balanced IPA. This IPA is a friend you haven’t met yet.
A hidden gem on the menu. We don’t fear the dark, and neither should you! Brewed with a generous portion of roasted malt and Maris Otter from the UK. Lightly hopped with Centennial. Dialed-in and impossibly smooth.
